Made with organic garlic from our own cultivation, our black garlic is obtained through a long process of natural maturation that combines temperature and humidity for over 40 days, and in which no additives or preservatives are added. Black garlic does not have the strong characteristic flavor of fresh garlic and has a sweet flavor with a smooth texture. This format contains peeled black garlic cloves ready to eat or to add to your recipes.
